Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) is a timeshare and vacation ownership company that develops, markets and operates resorts and membership clubs for owners and guests worldwide, under a long-term license of the Hilton Grand Vacations brand. Started in 1992 as a Hilton joint venture and spun off from Hilton as an independent NYSE-listed company (HGV) in January 2017, it acquired Diamond Resorts in 2021 and Bluegreen Vacations in 2024, and had more than 22,300 team members at the end of 2025.
